By purchasing a Membership, you authorize Early Years Printables to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan).
1.2 Automatic Renewal
Your Membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it in accordance with Section 2 below. Renewal charges will be billed using the payment method you provided at sign-up.
1.3 Pricing and Changes
Early Years Printables reserves the right to modify Membership pricing at any time. If we do, we will notify you in advance, and changes will take effect at the next billing cycle.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1 Cancelling Membership
You may cancel your Membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access until that date.
2.2 Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable, including for partially used periods, except where required by law. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for early cancellations.
3. License and Use of Resources
When you download printable teaching resources from Early Years Printables, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use those resources for personal or individual classroom use only.
You may use the resources in your own home or classroom but you may not:
- Share, resell, upload, or redistribute the resources in any way (including to colleagues, other teachers, parents, schools, or online communities).
- Post or share resources on the internet, in shared drives, or through file-sharing platforms.
- Modify and distribute the resources as your own.
- Include resources in any product or service for sale or distribution.
Any violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your membership and legal action.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account and password.
- Ensuring all information provided is accurate and up to date.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each account is intended for use by one individual only. If others wish to access resources, they must purchase their own membership with Early Years Printables.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
